Hi,

I am having the exact same problem! I am using
vpnclient-win-msi-4.0.2.A-k9

Did you find a resolution for this?

Has anyone else got a Cisco VPN running properly on a Windows 2003
server (Standard Edition)?

The installation runs smooth but when you try to initialize a
connection to a remote host you get the message:
....
Securing communications channel...
Secure VPN Connection terminated by Peer.
Reason: (Reason Not Specified by Peer)
Not connected.

Then you get a tray icon with a "tool-tip" that say:
Devices or applications disabled
'vsdatant.sys' will cause windows to become unstable.
Windows has prevented these drivers from loading. Click here for more
details.

If you click the icon you get a dialog called "Help and Support
Center":

Could some MS related person give me a clue on how to get the CISCO
VPN client working on 2003 server?

With my 2003Server Cisco Client works just temporary

I have replaced the vsdatant.sys with the newer file extracted out of
the free zone-alarm-Software from www.zonelabs.com (The
installation-package could be extractet only without installing the
software)
So it works fine.

But after 2 minutes the Client cancel the connection with "remote peer
is no longer responding". After that, in IE all addresses causes a
message "WSAEWOULDBLOCK" until i restart the machine.
