On a Domain joined computer running Windows7 Professional x64 the "NT AUTHROITY\Authenticated Users (S-1-5-11)" and the "NT AUTHROITY\INTERACTIVE (S-1-5-4)" users were deleted form the 'Users' group under Local Users and Groups Management.

No longer can a local (admin) account completely log into this computer, which is not too big of a deal, until the computer goes off-site and for some reason the local admin account is needed.
When you login as the local account the login process is a little longer than normal, then it goes to a black screen with just the mouse cursor. The only thing that can be then done is Ctrl+Alt+Del and lock, log off, shutdown, etc. but specifically the task manager is not accessable.

How can I re-ad these 2 accounts to the computer?
