Windows 7 help needed with user settings

Hi, when I instaled win 7, OS automaticaly created user by my name with admin rights. Since I want to had the same user settings as in XP (standard user account by my name and system administrator for settings) I switch my user account from admin to regular user. I couldn't done this in user account settings, so I did this in computer management under local users and groups.
But now I have a problem. System admin is switched off by default and I have enabled user account control UAC which disables me to do anything. I can't turn on system admin, I can't change my user account type back to admin, I can't add new user with admin rights and I can't disable UAC , I aslo haven't created a system restore point.

What can I do? Can I change user account in reg editor?
