Quicktime Error 2903

hi, i have a problem with installing using quicktime on
my pc, it simply wont load up for me. I have tried
installing from enhanced cd's and the apple website, and
my teacher told me to download direct x 9, but that has
solved nothing, i still cant use it. it tells me that
windows is not compatible with a .qts file, which i
presume means that it has no support for quicktime!?

Please contact Apple for support with their products. Microsoft can't help
support them.
