Uninstalling Quicktime

When I tried to install iTunes on my computer it says it works but when I
try to load the prgrame it tells me to send a erroe report. When I did i
was told to delet Quick time off my computer. when I try to another error
message that says "This file does not exist or is not a valid unistallation
log file. C:\WINDOWS\Sysytem32\Quicktime\unistall.log. PLEASE HELP ME

Re-install the program by downloading it from the Quicktime site, then
uninstall it.
