Question marks in the "Links" bar

I am using Internet Explorer version 6, SP1 and Windows
2000, SP3. I turned on "Links" under view->toolbar, but it
only shows two question marks in the "Links" bar without
the actual URLs, I can't drag any URL from the address bar
into "Links" either. I have a directory "links" with some
URLs under my "Favorites" directory.

if you right click each "question mark" fave and choose Properties, is their
a url?
