Question about jet pattern on printhead for Epson Stylus

I notice if I inject Windex into the ink tubes on an Epson Stylus
CX5200 into either the red, yellow or blue, it comes out of the head
in a short line of pinhole streams from a different section of the
head, depending on which color.

However, with the black, it comes out in a line of pinhole streams,
but across most of the width of the head. Is this the way it's
supposed to be or is the head shot?

Sounds typical to me. The nozzle patterns are different between black and
the colors.

This all seems normal to me.

First off, so no one else takes your suggestion, please don't put
pressurized liquids through your printer head, it can and often does
ruin the head. The heads are laminated materials, and pressure can be
enough to delaminate the materials and make the head useless.

I cannot sure from your explanation what exactly you are describing, but
some of the Epson print heads have many more black nozzles than the
color heads do, to allow for fast printing of black text. The black
head may have double or more nozzles than the color head, and they are
spaced more closely together.
