If this is an Embedded runtime that you have created you can uninstall the
Update package from your database (in Database Manager selct the package tab
and select each of the security update packages that you want to uninstall,
then click Delete).

You will have to rebuild your runtime image using a previouds version of the
slx or creating the configuration from scratch again. It is possible to find
and delete all the individual component in your config that are appended
with the KB number you uninstalled from your db, and then re-add these
components again, but this is cumbersome and you may miss some).

There is no easy way to uninstall QFEs from a runtime that is already
deployed-you would have to know the exact binaries in the runtime to
replace, and know exactly what to replace them with.

If this is an Embedded thin client that you did not create the iamge for you
will need to work with your OEM who owns the image.
