My mother and I are both using Outlook 2007 for email. A friend of ours
publishes a weekly newsletter, and my mom is involved in helping to edit it.
The problem is that when this other person sends the email, which she creates
in an earlier version of Publisher, we only see the first page of it in
Outlook. The preview pane and also opening the email just shows us about 1
page of a 3 page email, and everyone else she's mailing to is seeing the
entire thing. I think we're the only ones in this circle using Office 2007.
If I copy what's in the email and paste it into a blank Publisher document,
the whole thing shows up. Not a problem for me but a bit of a process for my
mom to grasp.
Does anyone have any suggestions about how we could see the whole thing
right in Outlook? I'd prefer it if this didn't involve my going back to the
newsletter creator and trying to get her to send it a different way.
Thanks!
