outlook and publisher

A while ago, I wanted to show someone a publisher document that I had created
but this person didn't have publisher. Somehow(??) I was able to get the
publisher document into the body of the email. She (the person without
publisher) was able to see it in the body of the email when she received it.
She couldn't edit it but she could see it. I need to do it again but can't
figure out how to do it. Thanks for any help on this one. Penny

If you happen to visit this thread again, perhaps you could post the solution
in more detail in case someone else has the same problem.
