publish site grayed out

I am trying to publish a page but the "publish site" is
grayed out.

Does anyone know what is causing this or, I guess, more
importantly, how to solve it?

You can only publish a site (by opening a site in FP and creating your page in the site)

try opening the site you want to publish first - File > Open Web

Hi David,

When starting a new project in FP, always start with File >> New >> Web
The File >> New >> Page to add pages to it.

You will then add pages to it. If publish web is greyed out then you
probably created a page or pages without including them in an open web.
