How do I turn on the publish site option in Frontpage 2003?

You must have a Web site open to publish. Just opening a page will not enable publish.

Use File Menu | Open Web / Site , then select File Menu | Publish Web / Site and then enter
http://www.yourdomainname.com, then your login info. The remote site needs to have the FP extensions
if the site has forms, guestbook or certain features of the navigation component.

If the option is dimmed you don't have a FP Site open (you only have a page open) and you will not see the Remote Web Site View Tab
(or the Web Site Tab at the top)
Do not use File Open
Use File Open Site

Once you have a FP Site open you will see the Remote Web Site View Tab
Then see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;825528&Product=fp2003
