protect home page url

when i open the browser an unwanted program runs and
replaces "www.yahoo.com" in the home page field in tools >
internet options to some other page with offensive
content. i change it back but it happens again and again.
how do i protect this setting?

You welcome - one other thing about SpyBot. It has an Immunize feature that
will keep known Spyware out once your PC is Spyware free.
