Home Page problem with Internet Explorer 6.0

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using Windows XP, Internet Explorer 6.0, every time
that I switch on my lap top, and then start Internet the
Home Page is: http://s5.th.msie.cc/index.php, everytime I
changed my home page to www.yahoo.com, and it works fine
for the day.

But when I switch it off and then on again, I have got
again: http://s5.th.msie.cc/index.php, as a home page, so
it should be a kind of virus.

Have you any idea how to get read of that.
