Home page resets

The home page in MS Internet Explorer 6.0 keeps resetting
itself to "http://81.211.105.9/index.php?v=3". I have
tried going to "Tools", "Internet Options", and resetting
the "home page". This will work for exactly 1 time and
then the home page will again be reset to the site
described above.

Is some script resetting the home page?
Is there a way to disable this so that the home page will
remain set to the page I choose?

Thanks,
BW
