Home page reset

My home page continually resets itself to:

res://mshp.dll/index.html#10213

I keep resetting the properties, but something is working
against me. Anyone?

my wife is having the exact same problem although I'm not
sure of the exact website it's being redirected to.
Hopefully someone will have some guidance for us it's
more of an annoyance (as far as I can tell) than anything
else but I'd like to fix it.
