"Properties" closes IE w/error message

When I click File > Properties, IE6 shuts down with an
error message...the signature is as follows:

Error Signature
AppName: iexplore.exe
AppVer: 6.0.2900.2120
ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2120
Offset: 000629b9

I did all of these but IE still closes when you
hit 'properties' or when you right-click on the website
and select 'properties'.
