Keeps crashing..

Hey there. IE6 keeps crashing on me. It closes without warning half the time,
and the other half, I do get an error message. When I click more info on the
error, I get this:

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2600.0 ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.0 Offset: 000017e2

ntdll.dll: lately caused by CoolWebSearch
