Project 1 -runtime error76 path not found

Out of the blue, I get this message " Project 1 - runtime error76 path not
found" when I boot the pc. I do not know if it is related to the Symantec
Antivirus that I am trying to uninstall. I am unable to uninstall Symantec
Antivirus. Any idea what is Project1 all about and how do I stop this
message? Thanks

Next time the window appears, bring up Task Manager, under Applications Tab,
right click on the window belonging to message, select Go To Process, and
see who it belongs to.

Or use Process Explorer from www.sysinternals.com
