program error (explorer)

I have a Windows 2000 professional I do not what's happen some thing related
to internet
anyway, now I can not open any windows in my Pc and the error is:

Program error
explorer.exe has generated errors and will closed by windows.
you will need to restart the program.
any error log is being created

no internet explorer can I run
no windows explorer can I run
no control panel can I run

any soluation please

Hi,
I hope you system as some kind of virus or adware,
try scanning for virus useing and updated antivirus and also scann for
adware.. witha good adware program(Lavasoft Ad-Aware)
