I Have this message everytime I try to open the control
panel: "explorer.exe has generated errors and will be
closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program.
An error log is being created.". Can anybody help me?
Thanks

It may be that one of the control panel files in "C:/winnt/system32" are
corrupt. Try to move all the "*.cpl" (control panel files) in to a temporary
catalog. Then move the files back, one by one, and restart the control panel
for each file until the panel crashes.

My problem was the "nvtuicpl.cpl" file that controls multi screens (NVIDIA).
Since I use a singel screen I deleted the file.
