Program/Application listing

Hi,
Can someone please advise me how to arrange all the programs/application
listings alphabetically? Refer below..

If I go to "Start" - "All Programs" - it will show all the
programs/application I installed before in random order! I want them to be
arranged alphabetically. Any idea how?? Please help.

Rightclick when the programs fly out and select "Sort by name"
