Product ID

I am helping an elderly person (who knows nothing about computers) move
to her new Windows 7 PC. On her old PC she has Microsoft Office 2003
student and teacher edition installed. She has the box and the original
DVD but neither one has the product ID on them and I need to install it
on her new PC.

In her older XP PC when I look at her "about Word" screen it has the
product ID (but only 20 digits). When I used that to try to install on
the new PC I find that I lack the last box of digits.

Is there any way I can retrieve the product ID from her XP installation
so I can finish the install?

Thanks

Solved. She found the number among her papers, so we're all set.

For future reference, Belarc Advisor, after scanning the computer will
list some installation keys.
