Problems with my Direct3D Acceleration

Ainouta

Everything was fine , i starting to play warcraft 3 etc . AFter my
sister had install her ipod program , my Direct3D acceleration was
like kinda spoil.

When i open my games , example like warcraft 3 , the whole screen will
went black, and some unreadable symbol (alot of square and triangle)
and my screen will hang at there. I have run the test for my Direct3D
acceleration by DirectX Diagnostic Tool . This is the result :

Direct3D 7 test results: All tests were successful.
Direct3D 8 test results: Failure at step 32 (User verification of
Direct3D rendering): HRESULT = 0x00000000 (error code)
Direct3D 9 test results: Failure at step 32 (User verification of
Direct3D rendering): HRESULT = 0x00000000 (error code)

Can someone help me with this?

Warcraft will tell u in specs it needs DirectX
version N. U r only good now 4 N=7. Update @ Microsoft
DirectX home: http://www.microsoft.com/directx/
If problems persist, u may have 2 disable hardware
acceleration in Display Properties or get a new Vcard.
New games r very demanding but perform great

Any advise is my attempt to contribute more than I have received but I can only assure you that it works on my PC. GOOD LUCK.
