Gainward GForce4 Ti4600 problems

Hi all,

Anyone seen this before my Gainward Ti4600 has decided to stop playing 3D. When I run direct3d test I get the following error:-

Direct3D test results: Failure at step 32 (User verification of Direct3D 7 rendering): HRESULT = 0x00000000 (error code)

Direct3D test results: Failure at step 32 (User verification of Direct3D 8 rendering): HRESULT = 0x00000000 (error code)

Direct3D test results: Failure at step 32 (User verification of Direct3D 9 rendering): HRESULT = 0x00000000 (error code)

I can't install the latest drivers either, stuck on V30.82. Tried every trick published on the web but still can't get it to work. Is this a hardware problem?



My system is a AMD Athlon 1800+ with 512mb Ram ECS K7S5A MB American Megatrends Bios 10/29/2002

Gainward Ti4600 Bios V4.25.00.28.00

Sis735 Chipset

WinXP Pro Sp1a
