Problems with MS AntiSpy Beta

After each logon, I get two Notices from MS AntiSpy that I do not understand.

The first Notice states: An Internet Explorer URL search hook requires you
approval ....... What would you like to do? Allow or Block. I choose
"Block" (being conservative) and "Rememeber this action"

The second Notice states: An Application Change has been blocked Microsoft
AntiSpy has blocked the Internet Explorer WebBrowser Microsoft Shell Browser
UI Library (browseui.dll) from being installed.
Name: Microsoft Shell Browser UI Library
File path: c:\windows\system32\browseui.dll
This Internet Explorer WebBrowser was blocked based on your previous input

(Note - I am not sure what "previous input" is being referred to)

Are these Notices to be ignored?
Should I Accept the Search Hook?

I am running:
XP SP2
IE 6.0.2900.2180
MS AntiSpy Beta 1.0.701
Norton Antivirus 2005
Ad-Aware SE build 1/06r1
Spybot Search & Destroy v1.4

I am running multiple users on this computer and get the same results under
each account.

I am not getting any bad hits with Norton, AntiSpy, Ad-Aware or Spybot.

Would very much appreciate your advise and recommendations.

To be honest with you, I can't make one iota out of them, you block/allow
until you turn blue in the face, its not going to make difference. I must
note, this functionality is not in Vista version of Windows Defender, which
is an interim release of Microsoft AntiSpyware, so I would definitely ignore
it until beta 2 release for Windows XP is available, since its obvious this
broken functionality will be taken out.

I see the same irratating popups... I am resigned to simply ignoring them
until Beta 2 which hopefully fixes the issue and others...:)
