Problems with downloading pics to DOCUMENTS etc.

I am having a problem trying to download pics to MY
DOCUMENTS or any other location.I try to download any pic
I receive that already has a file name,when I press on
the pic to download it,it marks UNTITLED everytime as
file,so I have to delete this and retype the file
description again.No matter what I try and do ,the
UNTITLED keeps showing up in the subject line of the pic
I wish to download.For example i receive apic entitled,
roger.jpg I wish to save it as is,as soon as I press on
it,I get UNTITLED instead of roger.jpg
Could someone tell me what to do to verify this
problem,thanks so kindly
