problem with upload

Hello,

since some time I encounter a problem with uploading files in my system.
When I upload something via FTP I get the message
Netout :Connection reset by peer

I'm also not able to upload pictures to ebay or other services. I even
can't upload any update to my router where I first thought the problem is
located, however another PC in the network can upload anything without
problems.

Via FTP I get the error after a few minutes. A small part of the file is
usually uploaded alreade ( such as 30-40 kb). From the other systems I get
not even an error message but timeouts.

Please help.

When I had this problem it was from "old" NIC driver. Updated network
card driver and all was better.

I tried that with the corresponding D-Link driver and the Realtek driver but
both do not solve the problem.

I tried now to install a second W2K system and a Linux system. All encounter
the same problem.
I think that the NIC may have an error and will try another one. If you have
any other tips please give me a hint.
