Problem with IE - default mail client is not properly installed

I have a probem with configuration IE. When I click link with e-mail address
I see error massage "Could not perform this operation because the default
mail client is not properly installed". So I saw solution on groups :
1.On the start menu> Control Panel>Internet options and then Program tab
2.Under Internet Programs, click the e-mail list, and then click Lotus Notes
That procedure works on standard user or administrator. After that link from
IE to default mail client works, but I can't set that on user with
restrictions. Maybe some one have a solution how to do that for user with
restrictions.

Marcin,

Check your Group Policy settings. You can set the default email client from
there.
