Hi

I get the same message on my HP computer running XP Home. Have been on the phone with customer support at least 3 times (no help there), went through every site I could find (still nothing) and finally downloaded new versions of Intervideo software (TWICE!!) Still no good

Have you ever solved the problem or know of anywhere I can find it

Thank
