All of a sudden we are unable to sign on to My EBay. I
am getting the messge that I need tosetmy browser to
accept cookies. We have made no changes to the computer
and have reset all options to their default settings but
still cannot log on. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks - Sam Price

Sam,
I am having the same problem, did you recently upgrade to
XP? I did and now cannot use the AOL browser, I get the
same message "Browser rejecting cookies". Although when
using just Explorer I have no problem accepting cookies.
AOL told me that my issue must be with Explorer. I have
reinstalled explorer but still have the problem. They then
told me to delete explorer and reinstall. But that won't
work, because if I delete Explorer I then must use the AOL
browser to get to Microsoft for the download and the AOL
browser won't accept cookies. It's a catch 22. I then
contacted Microsoft and ordered the CD of Explorer but
that is backordered and won't ship until late in Sept.
what a mess, any suggestions?

All of a sudden we are unable to sign on to My EBay. I
was this overlooked then... while in
Tools-> Internet options-> Privacy?
....even setting back to default in the 'Privacy' portion of
internet options leaves behind the [always block/
always allow] list in the Edit function that override the
cookie handling it seems.
The 'always block' ebay.com might need removing?
just a thought.
