Problem with Bluetooth Wake up

Hello,
I am using Belkin Bluetooth USB adapter on Win XP SP 2. The XP recognises
the adapter and in the device manager I see Bluetooth Radios --> Belkin
bluetooth Adapater and Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator.
My question here is when the system goes into standby, the system is not
waking up when the adapter is discovered from my cell phone.
Is there any bug with using the drivers provided with microsoft?

Is WakeUp from Standby set in Device manager for the Bluetooth?

Hi Bob,
I dont see such an option for the bluetooth device.

If the device does not have the option to wake the computer from
Standby, then it won't wake the computer.
