My Bluetooth Places does NOT open

I have Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2 and i have Asus USB
Bluetooth Dongle. I installed its drivers and software cleanly without
any error.

I connect my USB Bluetooth Dongle when i need to use it as a behaivour
of a normal person. But although i installed the drivers and software
(Widcomm) many times, it works for a couple of days.

But after couple of days, I don't know the reason, "My Bluetooth
Places" cannot open. Right-click functions (open) is not there and also
i can't launch it via the icon which is in the system tray.

I haven't applied any patches except SP2 and what should do?

If i reinstall drivers and software from my Asus CD, "My Bluetooth
Places" opens but as i said, after couple of days of rebooting, it
won't open.

What's the solution to keep "My Bluetooth Places" on?

Note: Although I don't open My Bluetooth Places, my USB Bluetooth
Dongle and Bluetooth Bus Enumerator seems OK and "working properly" in
"Device Manager" of XP Pro SP2 and i'm able to access Bluetooth
settings via Control Panel, but there's no benefit.

Best Regards...

I do not use any Bluetooth devices, however, there is an optional update
available fixing timing issues. See if this update helps.
