problem saving images from a web page

when I try to save an image from a web page, Internet Explorer immediately
shuts down. Microsoft help suggested to desactivate complementary modules,
what I did, but it didn't help.
I use IE 6.0 with SP2, and my XP Pro is up to date.
Can anybody help ?

Thank you for your help . It works, but I would like to solve the problem. I
noticed also tha I can't insert an image in an email (I can attach them
though) or in MS-Word. There is definitely a problem with images and I don't
know how to solve it, nor where to start investigating to find a solution.
