Problem opening ppt - system not configured??

Hi,
I am running powerpoint 2003. recently reinstalled office and in the process
I seem to have disabled my powerpoint. Word etc. work fine. When I try to
open a .ppt file a box pops up telling me that that windows is preparing to
configure powerpoint. This is followed by ; 25090-Office Setup Encountered a
problem with the Office Source Engine, System error :-2147024893.

I have tried enabling the office source engine and get an error telling me
the system is not configured to run the application. I'm not sure what to do.

Anyhelp would be much appreciated.

Try having your original office CDROM in your CD drive when you open
Powerpoint.
