Problem opening a new window

When I open a new window, the new window appears at the top of the screen
spanning the width of the screen but is only an inch or so deep. I open the
window to full size then by clicking the screen icon at the screen's upper
right. How can I get new windows always to open full-size? Using Windows XP
SP2 and IE 6. Thanks. --Jon

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
