When clicking on the ie icon on my desktop, as internet explorer opens, the
actual window open small (about half of the screen size) In order to get full
screen i have to click on the maximize icon at the top of the window for it
to go full screen. Is there a way to set this where each time i open ie it
will open full screen each time. Some of my cpu's does open full screen upon
clicking the ie icon. Thanks

Windows remembers the size of the last Normal IE window closed.
Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.
