Problem: Microsft Photo Info keeps popping up

I recently tried installing PaintShop Pro Photo X2 Ultimate. After several
attempts, including uninstalling the previous version, I succeeded but now I
get a pop-up box that keeps on recurring. The Box is called Microsoft Photo
Info and comes after Windows Installer momentarily appears. It tries for a
few seconds then another box tells me that a programme was unsuccessful in
installation and to contact the suppliers. It takes at least 3 attempts to
get rid of this but as soon as I try to access anything that could possibly
use a photo, off it goes again. It's driving me nuts! I use XP Home SP2.
Any ideas anyone?

The exact same thing started on my computer yesterday. It is really
frustrating! I hope someone answers.
