Problem getting into some of the chat room

Having trouble getting into the chat rooms, My skuworks
will not allow me to use chat rooms. When I checked with
my computer doctor it recommends I take the spyworks and
disconnect it. On several occassions I have ben tempted
to do it. How do I do both have the spayware and be able
to use chat room????????
