Printing Problem

Hello all..

Windows 2000 Pro SP4, IE6sp1

User is unable to print more than 1 copy from a site. She clicks FILE\
PRINT, selects the printer and changes the number of copies to 2 or 3 and it
only prints 1 copy. She is able to print more than 1 copy from Word or
Excel. The issue seems to be only with IE.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Three things to try -
1. Get the latest printer driver from the printer manufacturer's web site.
2. Go to Start...Settings...Printer, right click and choose Properties,
Advanced tab, choose either to print after last page is spooled or print
directly to the printer.
3. Get the hotfix mentioned here:
Print queue shows incorrect number of pages when you print a Web page in
Internet Explorer 6 or Internet Explorer 7
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/889333/en-us
This will update the Iepeers.dll file that IE uses when printing.
