Outlook 2007 only prints page 1 of long email

I have a user that is running Office 2007 on a Win XP SP2 pc. She can
successfully print a multipage document from all Office 2007 Pro Plus
programs except Outlook. When she prints a multiple page email, it prints
page 1 only. I uninstalled then reinstalled her USB connected HP Deskjet
6980 printer with the latest drivers from HP and now it prints page 1 and
page 3. Does anyone have any idea what might cause this and how to remedy?
She has been copy/pasting into Word but this is not acceptable to this very
busy executive.
