Inconsistent printing of borders in Excel

Have a staff member who came to me with bizarre issue she just started having. Creating monthly calendar in excel for our clients and placing box border around each day.

Prints client A, B, C and D. Clients A, C & D print fine. Client B prints without any borders. Goes back in immediately without changing any settings and prints Client B again and borders are now printing.

All using same format for design.

Thoughts?
