printing preferences issue

Hello

when I try to open Printing preferences for printer i have the following error message:

Function address 0x23ca5aa caused a protection fault.(exception code

0x0000005) Some or all property pages may not be displayed.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Does anyone know how to solve that ??
