Which part is it that you are having problems with? Many label sheets come with a bit of paper with sizing instructions, so you can modify the page settings to be the same size as each label.

All of it!

Having problems with all of it.
How do get the excel document formatted to the labels template in the first place.
If I can learn how to do that I think I'll be able to figure out the sizings for myself. (but there's no guarantee!!)

I've had a look in excel and can't see how myself... what size are you printing?

It may be worth using Word or Publisher, as they have this capability built in :)

Microsoft Word 2000

Thanks for that. I'll see how it goes.

Does it work the same in Microsoft Word 2000, as the "Tool" options seem to be different?!

I've tried lots of different ways of printing labels.

I've found by far the best method is to use labels made by Avery.

Larger branches of Staples stock them, as do Rymans.

You can then download the 'Avery Wizard' for MS Office from the Avery website and print sheets all the same or with different entries for each label. The Avery software opens within MS Word.

It really is very easy to use and gives good results.
