Printing Header + Body info before sending email

Using XP Pro with Outlook XP my user wants to be able to print the email header and body info before sending the email, he says, like he did with Windows 2000 and Outlook 2000. Currently, with XP, only the body info prints. If he sends the email, then goes to the Sent Folder he can print both the header & body from there but he prefers to print before sending.

Any help appreciated.

Sounds like the user has WordMail set as the email editor. The solution is
to close the message, saving it in Drafts. Turn off WordMail in Tools |
Options | Mail Format. Print the message. Then turn WordMail back on.
