Outlook 2002 does not display html in the body of messages

Hi

I am using Outlook 2002 (SP3) with Exchange. When I receive an html email,
the entire body of the email is blank. The header, recipient info,
attachments etc are present, but all html from the body of the email has been
stripped out. I can receive plain text emails perfectly.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as this is so annoying!

Thanks

Are you scanning email with an antivirus scanner on the desktop or the
server? Do you have all the latest updates installed for Outlook? Does the
admin keep Exchange fully updated?
