Missing body of message in MS Outlook ver 2002

There are some emails that i receive that does not show the
body of message or showing it as blank. I noticed that this only
happens for html format although some in html shows up. Plain
text format always appears. But when i click the "Forward" button
for those missing body of message, they appear. I also tried sending
the blank email to another email address and the body of the message
shows up. I tried checking the options but shows that all options are setup
correctly.

I am seeing the same problem with Outlook Version 2003. I haven't tried some
of the testing you have done. I will let you know if I am seeing the same
thing. I will also post any new ideas I come up with. Since they were html
related, I tried deleting the cookies and files in IE to no avail.
