Header in email not printing

We have a user that when he prints his sent items they do not print the
Subject: To: and From: information. Also when trying to print an email
before it's sent also does not print the header information. Any ideas how
to get the information to print? Thank you.

Is IE 7 installed perhaps? Does this issue still occur if you use plain text
format?
