Printing a phonebook in Word from Windows Contacts?

How do I print a phonebook in WORD 2007 from Windows Contacts?

I want a paper phonebook to put by my phone.

I do not have Outlook on this version of VISTA.

Export your address book to a comma delimited text file and use that as a
data source for a directory mail merge - ignore the reference to labels in
