missing contacts in window mobile 6.1 after syncronising with outl

I am currently using a PDA phone with window mobile 6.1. I syncronise my
phonebook (300 contacts) with outlook (emplty) contacts and my phonebook in
my PDA phone is empty. Can I retrive the contacts from windows mobile or
outlook?

Look in the deleted items in Outlook to see if your contacts are there.

Then adjust how the synch works - whether to keep desktop or pda files.

If you created a partnership where PC is the "master", then your data is
likely gone. I don't believe a sync that deletes entries from Outlook
places them in Deleted Items.

Restore Outlook from a recent backup or restore you PDA from a recent
backup. You do make backups of each, don't you?
